Like Kind Exchange Corporation has save me time and money over and over again. Buying and trading farm and timber real estate is tricky business and sometimes takes generations to get mature gains. As an investor you want to protect your capital gains by doing 1031 exchanges reinvesting profits, preserving capital, and making good replacement choices( versus selling paying large capital gain taxes which erodes capital).
